on facts, using a wide variety of sources, available at the time of
commission, in a professional and timely manor, as far as is practical.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to find specific or positive results.
This may be due to time allotted, common surnames, illegitimacy, adoption,
immigration, mistranscriptions, incomplete indexes, missing, damaged or
faded documents. However, we promise to do our best.
You (the client) agree to supply us with accurate information you already know about
the part of the family we are researching on your behalf, including sources
of the information and places you have already searched. This will enable us
to not duplicate effort or waste your money.
We cannot be responsible for GRO certificates that may be lost in the
post. We will always send you a scanned electronic copy, just in case this
should occur.
Copies of documents made by PixBytes on your behalf are subject to the
copyrights of their respective owners. You agree to take full responsibility
for abiding by those copyrights.
You warrant that you own the copyright to all graphics or photographs
that you want reproduced, or that you have obtained permission from the
copyright holder to allow us to reproduce them.
